What to Expect

A Plan, Not Perfection

We can start small. Maybe that’s cutting back instead of quitting cold turkey, or finding someone local (a counsellor, a support group, even a trusted mate) to talk this out with. You don’t have to go it alone.

We’ll help you figure out what’s working and what’s not without making you feel like crap about where you’re at now. This is about moving forward, not dwelling on mistakes.

Have you got kids? We’d tailor any advice or tools around them. Maybe that’s looking into family-friendly recovery meetings or finding ways to involve them in your healthier routines. You don’t have to shut them out of this process.

The Edge @ Foul Mouth Farm – Coming Soon

A soon-to-be-offered one-on-one residential executive recovery coaching program at Foul Mouth Farm in cooperation with STRAIGHT EDGE. This service combines a residential stay with holistic and psychosocial rehabilitation, including practical farm work as part of the recovery process.

Health and medical specialists will be involved to support and tailor your recovery plan and relapse prevention.
